Carers do not perform full housework duties. However, they can assist with light tasks such as tidying up or preparing simple meals.

We strive to have carers arrive at a consistent time for each visit. However, as the care industry can be unpredictable, we allow carers a 30-minute window on either side of the scheduled time to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances, such as delays or emergencies.

Yes, we aim to provide you with a regular carer to ensure consistency and build a trusting relationship. In cases where your regular carer is unwell or on annual leave, we have a buddy system in place. This means another carer, who is familiar with your needs, will step in to ensure uninterrupted care.
