Transportation Assistance
Safe and reliable transportation to and from community activities. Assistance with using public transportation if applicable.
Personalised Community Engagement Plans
Tailored activities based on the individual’s interests, preferences, and abilities. Plans may include visits to parks, libraries, community centers, social clubs, or cultural events.
