Our Application Process:
Stage 1: Application
- Complete the application request form below to begin the process.
- Once your application is submitted, our recruitment team will review your profile to ensure it aligns with the job requirements. We’ll assess your skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
Recruiting people who share our values of Caring, Passionate and Teamwork is important to us, so we’ll give you a call to learn more about each other
Stage 2: Interview
If your application passes the initial screening, you will be invited to participate in an interview. This will include an initial telephone followed by an in-person interview, where we’ll discuss your background, skills, and what you can bring to TrueArk Healthcare.
Stage 3: Decision
The outcome of your interview will usually be confirmed within three working days of your interview.
Stage 4: Onboarding
Before you start with us, we need to complete some important compliance checks. This includes;
- Conducting a Police/Criminal/DBS Check.
- Obtaining references from your previous employers.
- Verifying your Right to Work in the UK.
Our team is experienced in guiding you through these steps and will provide support every step of the way.
Our onboarding process will kick off with being invited into the office to sign some documents, you will be sent our training programme, policies and procedures, and everything else you need to get started at TrueArk Healthcare.
*Please note that if we process your DBS and you decide not to proceed with working with TrueArk Healthcare, you will be liable to reimburse (£52.00) TrueArk Healthcare for the cost of the DBS.*
Stage 5: Start Date
As soon as we have all the information needed, training is completed and everything is in place we will contact you to agree a ‘Shadowing Shift’ start date and officially welcome you to the TrueArk Healthcare family.
